With a bachelor's degree in sexology and studies in public administration, I have developed a multidisciplinary approach to my work. My professional career has been eclectic and varied, ranging from direct intervention to politics, including content creation in sexology. For several years, I have been dedicated to managing non-profit organizations (NPOs).

Sagittarius
Through my education in art history and business administration, my research led me to deepen my knowledge on themes of community and phenomenology across design and the act of making. Over the years, I have come to learn that I am most motivated in facilitating the connections of individuals to the resources with which they need through my coordinator capacities, bringing forward DEI and accessibility practices to my work.

TAURUS
Starting with a background in engineering, I turned to communications, digital technology, and social issues. With over seven years of experience, I combine my technical and interpersonal skills to create and manage projects, both professional and voluntary-driven, in communications and events. My commitment: to work on projects that are meaningful and have a positive impact.

CANCER
Curious by nature, philosophy was my first calling. After completing my master's degree, I worked as a teacher, woodworker, horticulturist, and community facilitator. Through my diverse career path, I have explored various ways of transforming our relationships with others and the spaces we share. Now, I use my experience to strengthen the sense of community among neighborhood organizations and to promote the development of shared knowledge.

For over ten years, I have been leading campaigns in fundraising, communications, and mobilization, both regionally and nationally, in social economy, independent community sector, and the transfeminist movement. I play a key role in several community networks, particularly in philanthropy and partnerships. With a master's degree in sociology and a dual bachelor's degree in philosophy and sociology, I conduct action research on our relationship with waterways in urban and peri-urban areas.

LEO
Driven by collaboration and community development, I am involved in Quebec's LGBTQ+ community, with master's degrees in public administration (ÉNAP) and political science (UdeM). I have developed expertise in governance, mobilization, and organizational development by collaborating with labor market stakeholders and youth organizations. Today, as the executive director of a advisory committee, I work to strengthen collaboration and find solutions to challenges in the community, all the while supporting Espace LGBTQ+.

CAPRICORN
With my feet on the ground and my head in the clouds, I worked for seven years in community consultation and social development in the Village. I have worked as an accounting assistant, a consultation coordinator, an assistant director, and an acting director at CDC Centre-Sud. I am used to working with a variety of contributors to achieve common goals. With CDC Centre-Sud, I contributed to the early stages of Espace LGBTQ+. Today, I am happy to return to this organization that is dear to me in this new role!

As a Black trans woman with autism, I bring a unique perspective to sociocultural mediation, which is rooted in my own experience. With a passion for marginalized narratives, I use my skills in pattern recognition and deductive reasoning to navigate complex social landscapes. With Studio ZX, I advocate for representation, fair treatment, and compensation for marginalized artists and professionals. I am excited to join the Espace LGBTQ+ Council to advocate for social justice and community empowerment.

GEMINI
A professional accountant, I work in the investment sector where I am involved in promoting the visibility of LGBTQ+ communities in finance. I am happy to share my experience for the benefit of Espace LGBTQ+ and its mission, and to give back to LGBTQ+ communities and my city.

I am a candidate in interdisciplinary urban planning at the University of Montreal. My research focuses on collective housing for women and the influence of the built environment on feelings of safety and belonging. Grounded in feminist and queer theories, my work explores the integration of pluralistic and intersectional principles in urban planning. I am also a lecturer at l'École de design de l'Université de Montréal.
